Delivery Times

All Selvatta orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery to EU destinations.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country, local customs processing, and carrier schedules. Orders placed during public holidays may experience a short additional delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly with the carrier.

If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@selvatta.com and we will investigate promptly.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to EU countries are subject to standard EU import regulations. In most cases, no additional duties apply for orders within standard thresholds. However, if customs fees are charged by your local authority, these are the responsibility of the customer.
