Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days. We will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., water purification products, sealed hygiene items)
• Perishable or custom-made products
